NAPSECURE Private Limited ("NAPSECURE", "we") operates this website and client portal. This notice explains what personal data we handle and why.
What we collect
- Enquiries and quote requests: name, work email, company, phone, country and your message.
- Job and talent applications: contact details, résumé and any information you choose to provide.
- Client portal accounts: name, email, organisation, tickets, messages and documents shared with you.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, time, page) and essential cookies for sign-in and security. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Why we use it
To respond to your request, deliver contracted services, run recruitment, secure the site and meet legal obligations. Our legal bases are your consent, performance of a contract and our legitimate interests in operating a secure business.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. We use trusted infrastructure and email providers as processors under appropriate agreements. Where data moves between regions we use safeguards required by applicable law.
Retention
We keep enquiry data while a relationship may exist and for a reasonable period afterwards, application data for up to 24 months unless you ask us to remove it sooner, and client records for the term of the contract plus legally required periods.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, India's DPDP Act 2023) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, and to withdraw consent. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, two-step verification for staff and clients who enable it, and least-privilege access to client information.
